Go Fast Jet Pack Sets New World Record
The maverick daredevil recently secured a world speed record at Scotland’s official motor show, MotorFair, by reaching a staggering 43 mph harnessed to the hydrogen-peroxide- powered jet pack. This record was subsequently broken on Saturday with a speed of 54mph and then again on Sunday with a speed of 68 mph with an 8 knot head wind.
The feat was verified for Guinness by Fife Constabulary with a Traffic Officer recording the top speed using a Falcon Radar Gun.
Scott commented: “ I knew this was going to be a special weekend for breaking records. Knockhill is a great location and when the weather improved it was all about going fast!
